• Lead multiple complex IT projects through all phases, ensuring timely and budget‑compliant delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking effectively.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring compliance with documentation and governance standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to align project objectives with business strategy and facilitate communication across teams.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and business analysts to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies and best practices.

• 8–15 years of professional experience, including 5–10 years in IT project management.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale IT projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
• Strong understanding of IT development life cycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI‑ACP certification for Agile environments.
• Experience in stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
