Position: IT Manager New Los Angeles, California, United States

Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. We work with some of your favorite disruptor brands—like Calm, Fabletics, Chime, and hundreds more—to grow their business using linear and streaming TV ads. Our platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience. Our technology and services are pushing the industry forward, enabling businesses of any size to advertise on TV.

Named one of the 16 Hottest Ad Tech Companies by Business Insider and Best Places to Work by Inc. Magazine, Tatari is experiencing rapid growth. Our executive team is composed of former founders and senior leaders at fast‑rising startups like Shazam, True Car, AdapTV, and Live Rail and larger, more established tech companies like Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Yahoo.

Tatari is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our People Ops team and lead all aspects of our internal IT operations across multiple offices and remote teams. In this role, you will ensure the security, reliability and scalability of Tatari’s technology infrastructure while also delivering a best‑in‑class support experience for employees. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, effective leadership, and a proven ability to align IT strategy with business objectives in a fast‑paced, startup environment.

THIS IS AN IN‑OFFICE POSITION based in Culver City and some travel may be required.

  • Test, deploy, and validate OS, firmware, and software updates across all company devices (macOS, Windows, network hardware, etc.).
  • Oversee network setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation, including cabling, access points, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Manage and audit IT assets, including procurement, inventory, deployment, and decommissioning.
  • Coordinate with vendors and building management for IT‑related installations, services, and office moves.
  • Implement and maintain automation for device deployment, user management, and IT processes.
  • Manage and renew software licenses and subscriptions, ensuring compliance and cost‑effectiveness.
  • Enforce security best practices for user and service account permissions, including regular audits and updates.
  • Provide technical support and training for internal users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
