• Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns on e‑commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, and BJ’s to drive traffic, increase conversions, and meet KPIs.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, path‑to‑purchase studies, and trend tracking to inform and refine ad strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance data, create reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ad spending efficiency and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, design, and content, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies to stay updated on best practices in digital marketing.
• Maintain and update campaign documentation, reports, and analytics dashboards.
• Communicate campaign progress, results, and insights to internal stakeholders effectively.

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in paid search and display advertising, including specific experience with Amazon Ads or Walmart Connect if possible.
• Proficiency in Excel, including creating pivot tables.
• Familiarity with Helium
  10, Amazon Advertising Console, Walmart Connect, or other ad platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A curiosity for the latest e‑commerce trends and a desire to become a subject‑matter expert in digital advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

$80,000 – $90,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent on skills and experience.
