As a Technical Operations Manager (all genders) at Hubject you will be a hands‑on technical expert responsible for managing support operations, driving automation, and ensuring seamless system integration. This role requires strong technical skills, problem‑solving abilities, and the capability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Support Ticket Management
- Efficiently manage and resolve customer support tickets using the designated ticketing platform.
- Utilize tools such as Open Search and Postman to investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of issues, solutions, and recurring problems to support continuous improvement.
Customer Onboarding & Testing
- Conduct technical end‑to‑end testing with customers during the onboarding phase to ensure successful implementation and smooth system integration.
Cross‑Department Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve complex issues and implement process enhancements.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help shape product improvements and service strategies.
Automation & System Integration
- Design and implement automation solutions to improve system integration and data flow using Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- Build tools, scripts, and APIs to optimize internal workflows and reduce manual intervention.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- 2+ years in a technology‑driven environment, preferably in technical support, system administration, or automation.
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as Open Search, Postman, and other diagnostic or monitoring platforms.
Technical Skills
- Strong programming proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript, with a focus on process automation and system integration.
- Ability to design and implement scripts, APIs, and automation workflows.
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex issues efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Industry Knowledge
- E‑Mobility or EV technology experience is considered a strong advantage.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage.
LocationOnsite in Berlin is preferred. Hybrid system: 2 days per week at the office, 3 days remote.
Hybrid location: EUREF Campus in Schöneberg in Berlin – Europe's hotspot for green technology and eMobility.
