Softermii () is an outsourcing/out staffing company with more than 11 years of experience in web and mobile application development, employing over 120 specialists from 6 countries.

We handle projects in Healthcare, Real Estate, Livestream E‑commerce, Fintech, Real Time Communications, and develop proprietary solutions such as vidRTC and apartmii.

Responsibilities

  • Handle projects within budget, scope, time and quality constraints.
  • Provide client and internal reporting for main project KPIs.
  • Ensure estimates account for risks and contain appropriate contingency.
  • Assist in resourcing decisions.
  • Keep project management knowledge up to date by networking, researching, reading blogs, attending meet‑ups.
  • Efficiently manage workload.
  • Assist in critical support issues where experience is required.
  • Share knowledge, insights, best practice and ideas.
  • Contribute regularly to discussions regarding internal process and system improvements.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of commercial experience as Project Manager in an outsourcing/out staffing company.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies, preferably Agile.
  • Understanding of web development best practices, QA processes and bug‑fixing methodologies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Skill to say "No" to clients is mandatory.
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience in project crisis management.
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, estimation, budget, timeline, scope, progress, staff, client, change and risk management.

  • Deployment Management knowledge.
