We are looking for a driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our North American team. You will be the day-to-day strategic lead contact for our top-tier clients, managing programmatic and managed media campaigns from planning through execution. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll blend a deep understanding of the campaign strategies with a performance-first mindset to deliver measurable results, uncover growth opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong, trust-based relationships
- Plan and execute client entertainment initiatives to enhance engagement and retention by participating in office hours, lunch & learns, and industry events
- Develop client-aligned media strategies using market trends, audience insights, and competitive analysis
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across open exchange and PMP formats
- Proactively address evolving client needs with strategic recommendations
- Use performance data to develop retention plans and uncover growth opportunities
- Collaborate on pre-launch activities: brief reviews, creative mocks, sitelists, and quality checks
- Maintain and manage Deal Libraries and targeting strategies
- Deliver ongoing performance updates, QBRs, and post-campaign wrap-ups
- Provide curated reporting: site lists, green PMPs, RFIs, RFPs, and campaign trackers
- Understanding of programmatic, adtech, self-serve, DSPs, SSPs, PMPs
- Analytical, organizational, problem solving, communication and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with optimization, attribution and other facets of the ad tech industry
Base pay range: $90,000 – $100,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This range reflects the base salary only and does not include additional benefits, bonuses, or other forms of compensation offered as part of the total rewards package.
