Jr. AI Engineer

Our client is looking for an AI Engineer who’s excited to learn, build, and grow alongside a team working at the forefront of Generative AI. • Location:
  Downtown LA (Hybrid 3 days a week)
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 50-55/HR W2
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI and machine learning models for real business use cases.
• Help build and maintain AI pipelines, including data prep, model training, evaluation, and backend/API integration.
• Support the development of RAG solutions and simple agent workflows using frameworks like Lang Chain.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prototype features, and help deploy AI solutions.
• Contribute clean, testable code and document experiments, workflows, and learnings.

What Gets You the Job:

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in software engineering, ML, data science, or related work (academic projects included).
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML/AI libraries such as PyTorch, Tensor Flow, or Hugging Face.
• Understanding of core ML concepts and interest in LLMs and generative AI.
• Exposure to APIs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered applications.
• Comfortable working in collaborative development environments using Git and standard engineering practices.
