Job Description

Pay Range: $87.90hr - $92.90hr

• 5+ years of experience leading design teams.
• 8+ years of UX design experience with strong Figma expertise.
• Proven experience leading design in cross‑functional agile teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality UX design and innovation.
• Experience conducting and applying design research to product decisions.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and UX best practices.

• Leading design strategy and execution for enterprise or platform products.
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement in fast‑paced environments.
• Collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and data teams.
• Working with agile methodologies and iterative delivery models.

• Define and champion a human‑centered product vision aligned with business and product strategies.
• Set the strategic design direction across multiple work streams.
• Lead the evolution of the platform into an integrated system with advanced analytics and user experience orchestration.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute iterative design research to inform product backlog and UX decisions.
• Design and deliver detailed UX solutions for user stories, including acceptance criteria support.
• Lead the design team in developing and maintaining design systems and design operations resources.
• Collaborate with product owners, data science teams, and developers to ensure effective implementation of designs.
• Facilitate design collaboration and consistency across multiple teams and platforms.
• Act as the primary UX voice in sprint demos and stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility, usability, and UX standards.
• Champion design and research best practices within the team and across the organization.

• Experience designing enterprise‑scale products.
• Experience in software design and development environments.
• Background in finance, media, or entertainment domains.
• Experience with data visualization and rapid prototyping.
