Data Engineer​/Integrations Lead; AI-Native

Skiffra is building the intelligence layer for modern enterprises. As a founding Data Engineer / Integrations Lead, you’ll design and own the data pipelines and integrations that power our AI-native orchestration platform. This is a hands‑on, high‑autonomy role working directly with the founding team on zero‑to‑one systems that operate in complex, real‑world environments.

• Build and maintain real‑time and batch data pipelines across enterprise systems
• Integrate ERPs, operational tools, APIs, and legacy systems into a clean internal data layer
• Design schemas and data contracts consumed by LLMs, agents, and workflow engines
• Own ingestion, normalization, and transformation for unstructured and semi‑structured data
• Partner closely with product and engineering to translate operational needs into data systems
• Implement monitoring, observability, and basic data quality checks
• Move fast in ambiguous environments where reliability matters

• 5+ years experience building production data or backend systems
• Strong Python and SQL
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and API‑based integrations
• Familiarity with cloud data infrastructure and streaming or event‑driven systems
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical tradeoffs
• Comfort operating without perfect requirements or documentation

• Experience with industrial, operational, or enterprise data systems
• Exposure to AI or ML‑adjacent data workflows
• Experience designing systems consumed by LLMs or agents
• Startup or founding‑team experience
