LLM Engineer; Agentic Prototyper

About the role

We are looking for an LLM Engineer who lives at the intersection of models, systems, and product. This is a hands‑on, founding‑level role. You will design, prototype, and harden agentic workflows that move from whiteboard to production without getting precious about any one model or framework.

You will be building real systems for real operators. If you like clean abstractions but love shipping more, you will feel at home.

• Design and build agentic workflows using LLMs, tools, memory, and orchestration frameworks

• Rapidly prototype new capabilities, then evolve the best ones into production‑grade systems

• Implement retrieval, evaluation, and feedback loops that actually improve model behavior

• Integrate LLM systems with real data sources, APIs, and enterprise software

• Make pragmatic decisions about models, latency, cost, and reliability

• Partner closely with product and engineering to turn fuzzy problems into working software

• Strong experience working with modern LLMs and agentic patterns in production or near‑production settings

• Fluency in Python and comfort building full working systems, not just notebooks

• Practical experience with prompting, RAG, tool use, and model evaluation

• Good systems instincts: you think about failure modes, observability, and scale early

• Clear communicator who can explain tradeoffs without jargon

• Founder mindset: bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, low ego

• Experience with frameworks like Lang Chain, Llama Index, or equivalent (but not dogmatic about them)

• Experience deploying LLM‑backed services in cloud environments

• Exposure to enterprise workflows, operations, or data‑heavy domains

• Opinions about where agents work today and where they do not

You will have outsized impact early. You will help define how intelligent systems are built here, not just implement a spec written by someone else. This is a chance to shape both product and architecture from day one.
