Your Impact- Policy Development & Analysis:
Lead short- to medium-term fare policies and pilots, analyzing impacts on ridership, revenue, and equity. - Modeling & Forecasting:
Maintain complex travel demand and fare models (Trans
CAD, FARES) to forecast fare change effects. - Data Management:
Maintain data warehouses, develop acquisition protocols, and use advanced statistical methods to analyze travel behavior data. - Stakeholder Coordination:
Work with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Customer Experience) and external stakeholders to coordinate policy design and implementation. - Equity & Compliance:
Serve as expert on equity, ensuring policies comply with Title VI, and oversee reduced fare program development. - Technology Integration:
Collaborate with fare technology teams to align policy decisions with system capabilities and implement new fare technologies. - Reporting & Presentation:
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to executive leadership and board members.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. - Experience:
12+ years in a relevant position or industry. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in transportation modeling software (e.g., VISUM, CUBE, Trans
CAD), GIS, and strong statistical analysis capabilities. - Analytical
Skills:
Ability to analyze complex data, identify problems, and recommend data-driven solutions. - Project Management:
Experience managing projects, including scoping, budget tracking, and consultant contract management. - Communication:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences. - Knowledge:
Working knowledge of socioeconomic factors in transportation planning, industry best practices in fare policy, and relevant laws and regulations.

CompensationExpected Salary: $150,000–$250,000 (all locations).
