We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on AI and machine learning to join our Business Applications and Data Platform team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement intelligent, data-driven Salesforce solutions that enhance business efficiency and user experience across FOX divisions. You’ll take a lead role in bringing AI capabilities to life—integrating Salesforce Agent Force, generative AI, and predictive analytics into our enterprise ecosystem.

This includes applying AI to real business scenarios at FOX such as workflow automation for live event production and content operations as well as our own internal development lifecycle.

• Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Architect and implement AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Agent Force (Bots, Prediction Builder, Next Best Action) and external AI/ML platforms.
• Integrate Salesforce with generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics services to deliver smarter, automated workflows.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle — from requirements and architecture to development, testing, and CI/CD deployment.
• Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that aligns with Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and administrators.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and performance challenges across multiple Salesforce orgs and integrations.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI advancements, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation and automation.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce AI and custom AI/ML integrations.
• Advanced proficiency with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, and sharing models.
• Experience integrating with external services and leveraging modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Git Hub, Jenkins, or Copado.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or equivalent experience.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor IDE, Git Hub Copilot).

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and its AI-driven insights.
• Experience with Salesforce Agent Force.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis or AI prototyping.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and their AI/ML offerings.
• Experience managing large-scale data models, migrations, or integrations.
• Salesforce certifications such as AI Associate or Data Cloud Consultant.

This role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $ – $ annually.
