Data Analyst, Data Science Manager
Our client, a Next-Generation Creator Platform disrupting the social media landscape, is exclusively partnering with us to find their next high-impact team member in Los Angeles, CA. This is a well-funded, full-time opportunity to join a company redefining the creator economy. We are sourcing a Full-Time Data Analyst with a strong engineering skillset to leverage their modern Python, SQL, and cloud-based data stack.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and analytical mind, ready to own the end-to-end data lifecycle, from A/B test design to executive strategy. Skills & Experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL (writing complex, performant queries).
- Strong experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests (experimentation).
- Fluency in a scripting language for data manipulation and analysis, preferably Python (Pandas, Num Py).
- Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and measurable KPIs.
- Experience in Growth/Marketing Analytics (CAC, LTV, attribution models).
- Experience with a modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, Big Query, Databricks).
- Familiarity with creator economy metrics (e.g., TPV, ARPU, creator earnings).
- Experience building and maintaining data visualization dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode).
- Basic data engineering skills (ETL/ELT processes and data modeling).
- Prior experience in a high-growth consumer technology, social media, or e-commerce company.

- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests to improve product features and user flows.
- Define success metrics and evaluate funnels for key product features.
- Report product usage and user behavior insights weekly.
- Track CAC, LTV, conversion rates, referrals, and campaign ROI.
- Attribute traffic by channel, campaign, and creator.
- Support paid marketing and SEO performance analysis.
- Analyze creator posting, earnings, and engagement trends.
- Flag at-risk creators and recommend retention actions.
- Build tools for Creator Ops (health scores, dashboards).
- Define and track core KPIs (TPV, ARPU, Churn, etc.).
- Deliver executive-level dashboards and insight packs.
- Run quarterly “state of the business” data reviews.
