  • Ensure scope, timing, and budget stay on track—even as project needs evolve
  • Manage project administration/tool set‑up, gather resources, and participate in kick‑off meetings
  • Learn and follow various project management approaches like Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall
  • Monitor schedules and sprint plans,, clearly communicate timing, and drive accountability across teams
  • Assist with internal communications and documentation—covering project status, risks, and dependencies—while contributing to meetings and keeping Confluence up to date
  • Support financial management of projects including estimate creation (labor and material costs), billable labor hour tracking, PO/Invoices, and job closure at the end of the project
  • Partner closely with Creative teams and manage creative deliverables (content strategy, wireframes, design comps, etc.)
  • Route assets / deliverablesthrough Proofreading, Product Insights, Business Affairs, Digital Asset Management and internal Legal teams
  • Prep creative deliverables (copy, images, videos) for Content Authors
  • Support Content Authoring tasks and assist with content QA
  • Partner with internal teams for Multimedia tasks (audio/video edits)
  • Create Jira tickets for Art Studio tasks (asset prep, retouching) and Content Authoring tasks
  • Assist with web page reviews/feedback, bug resolution (code or content)
  • Wrap‑up project closure tasks; archive project documentation
  • Escalate any critical project or client challenges to the Producer or Senior Producer.
What You Bring:
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 6 months of production experience in advertising or related business is required. (Bonus points if you’ve worked on an automotive client)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with internal stakeholders while balancing and prioritizing client requests
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • A+ organizational skills and attention to detail
