) and reinvent it as the data infrastructure that powers the next generation of AI commerce.

Mandate

You are not starting with a blank whiteboard. You are starting with a massive, live ecosystem that needs a hard pivot. We are thinking 3 years ahead, but you must build for the now

1. The "Agent-Native" Pivot (Simply Codes Desktop)

2. The "Wallet" Infrastructure (Simply Codes Mobile)

The Reality:
Promo codes are dying;
Digital Wallets are rising.

The Mission:
You will lead the R&D to transform our mobile app into a Digital Wallet Pass Manager. You will build the system where verified offers live natively in the user's OS Wallet and trigger physically via geo‑fencing when they walk into a store. This is 0-to-1 innovation.

3. The Convergence (Product.ai)

The Future:
Simply Codes is the wedge;
Product.ai is the endgame. Once the data infrastructure is set, you will architect the Consumer Intelligence Agent—the advisor that protects users from regret by "litigating" products rather than just listing them.

Architecture

• The Stack: You will work directly with Shop Graph (our proprietary graph of 1B+ e-commerce facts) and ARC (our adversarial verification engine). You need to understand data schema, not just UI flows.
• The Leverage: We do not solve problems with headcount. We solve them with Code
  . We use our internal AI tools to operate with extreme leverage. You won't hire 20 PMs; you will build the systems that allow 3 PMs to do the work of 20.
• The Leadership: You will mentor a high-performing product team. You will set the standard for "Founder Mode" execution across the org.
