• Collaborate with internal clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for website launches and updates
• Support the prioritization of project requests and ensure timely execution of high‑quality deliverables
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between cross‑functional teams including copywriters, designers, and developers
• Monitor project progress and documentation, taking corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track
• Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to gauge the success of websites

• Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of digital or web project management experience OR Associate’s degree with 6 years of digital or web project management experience OR High School diploma/GED with 8 years of digital or web project management experience
• Proven expertise in managing complex, cross‑country, and high‑impact projects
• Strong understanding of agile project management principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in web analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), with knowledge of UX and UI design principles
• Experience with JIRA, Service Now, Google Analytics, and Confluence

• 5+ years of digital project management in a fast‑paced, multi‑client environment
• Familiarity with technical specifications, industry standards, and best practices including accessibility standards and privacy regulations
• Experience operating in a regulated business environment and adhering to compliance requirements
• Knowledge of web development technologies and coding languages such as HTML and CSS
• Experience prompting ChatGPT and other AI chatbot technologies
