What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Administer and configure the Workday system for various functional modules, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Provide user support and troubleshoot system issues, including integrations, while conducting training for effective utilization of the Workday platform
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver customer reports and analytics, establishing protocols for data integrity and security
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement successful system solutions
  • Assist in the operational separation of the Diabetes division from the employer, ensuring seamless transition and support for a global workforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience
  • Strong understanding of Workday system configurations
  • Experience in troubleshooting system issues and providing user support
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain data integrity and security protocols
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 4 years of Workday configuration experience
  • Proficiency in at least 2 of the following Workday modules:
    Recruitment, Talent & Performance Management, Absence, and Time Tracking
  • Experience with Security & Reporting in the Workday system
