Job SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a technically proficient analyst with strong automation and tooling expertise who thrives on building scalable reporting solutions. This role will involve developing end‑to‑end automated reporting pipelines, creating data visualizations, and ensuring data integrity across business‑critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Build End‑to‑End Automation Solutions:
Design and implement comprehensive reporting automation for ongoing business initiatives, including custom pipeline building and integration with our suite of data and tech tools. - Support Reporting Intake and Documentation:
Respond to reporting requests and document data requirements for subscriber reporting automation, including complex dashboarding, automated email sends, and continual deck creation. - Develop Complex Queries:
Write queries based on required business logic—sometimes legally obligating—to determine accurate outputs for each relevant business unit. - Ensure Data Quality and Integrity:
Incorporate robust data quality testing into daily pipelines to maintain data accuracy and reliability across all automated reporting systems. - Create Impactful Visualizations:
Develop clean, understandable visualizations for broad business consumption, translating complex data into accessible insights for diverse stakeholders. - Build Technical Expertise:
Develop strong knowledge of the technical infrastructure that underlies subscriber data and contribute to the design of resilient reporting solutions that minimize data incidents.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent analytical experience.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of analytical experience.
- 3+ years developing in SQL, especially in ETL processing pipelines.
- 3+ years of scripting experience (Python/R).
- Proven experience automating manual Excel‑based workflows.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with Google App Scripts, Snowflake (or similar analytical warehousing products), and Git Hub.
- Data visualization experience with Looker and Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to convey technical and analytical concepts to a broad set of audiences.
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal presentation abilities.
- Advanced custom data visualization tool experience (D3, Streamlit).
- Understanding of statistics concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.
- Experience building or prototyping technical solutions from scratch.
