Data Analyst, IT Business Analyst
Akkodis is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Charlotte, NC/ Chicago, IL/ New York, NY(Hybrid). This role manages reporting request intake and prioritization while ensuring timely resolution of data process exceptions.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $58/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyze processes and workflows to identify gaps and propose technology-driven solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Perform data analysis and validation to support decision-making and system enhancements.
- Support testing and quality assurance by creating test cases and validating deliverables against requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years in IT business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
- Strong proficiency in requirements documentation, stakeholder communication, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Hands‑on experience with data analysis tools, SQL, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Pay Details$53.00 to $58.00 per hour
