---## Lead, Partner Solutions NORAM Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of Partner Solutions Managers focused on building product and data solutions to drive partner and product success in the NORAM region
* Develop an understanding of Partnerships' goals and help determine new strategies and ways to track progress, leveraging data and tools to build insights that inform the region's strategy, ensuring accountability and alignment with product priorities and Meta's goals
* Drive and deliver scalable solutions and programs for NORAM Global Partnerships, managing complex projects and multi-vertical initiatives across markets
* Serve as an internal advocate in connecting cross-functional teams to drive product and operational efficiencies both for the region and globally
