The Senior Consultant plays a key role in delivering strategic technology and business transformation engagements for middle-market and private equity-backed clients. This individual partners with client leadership teams to assess operations, identify improvement opportunities, develop transformation roadmaps, and support the implementation of technology-enabled solutions.

The Senior Consultant serves as a day-to-day project leader, managing work streams, mentoring associates, and acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders. Engagements may include technology strategy, process improvement, organizational design, ERP implementation, data and analytics initiatives, AI and automation programs, and change management efforts.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Client Delivery Lead work streams across technology and transformation engagements.

Evaluate client business processes, technology environments, operating models, and organizational structures to identify significant operational, financial, and technology risks.

Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.

Analyze alternative solutions and recommend appropriate courses of action based on client objectives, constraints, risks, and implementation feasibility.

Develop technology strategies, business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans that influence significant client business decisions.
