The overall objective of this position is to provide a positive impact on helping our Microsoft Dynamics CE team service our growing base of clients.

We are looking for Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultants who are looking for an opportunity to advance their career and help support our growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE practice and service our growing base of clients!

Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients

Create design documentation

Take an active role in the development of the D365 CE system

Work well with team members, clients, and other vendors

Be the ‘Go To’ resource for client interactions

Participate in the Agile and/or Microsoft Sure Step Iterative Methodologies

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS or other related business fields

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus

Experience with Scribe a plusSQL Server Reporting Services a plus

Experience with Field Service

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner and develop strong working relationships with clients.

Relevant, hands-on work-related experience working in a team environment.

Desire to learn and grow.

Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadlin
