Sr. UX Researcher

Senior UX Researcher responsible for leading end-to-end research initiatives to inform product strategy across acquisition, conversion, and engagement in a consumer-focused technology environment.

Responsibilities include translating business questions into focused research plans, executing qualitative and quantitative studies during discovery and evaluation phases, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations, and influencing cross-functional teams through research-backed storytelling. The role emphasizes collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to prioritize features and improve user experiences.

5+ years of UX research experience, proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods, strong communication and stakeholder influence skills, and ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.

Preferred qualifications include experience in ecommerce or consumer products, familiarity with analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, and market research skills. The position demands a bachelor's degree and demonstrates a senior level of expertise in user experience research within digital consumer platforms.
