Role:
Bioinformatics Analyst at a molecular diagnostics company focused on non‑invasive cancer detection using cell‑free DNA‑based liquid biopsies.
- analyze NGS sequencing data, maintain and optimize existing workflows, develop new automated pipelines, collaborate with operations, science, and engineering teams, and support validation studies of liquid biopsy products.
- BA/BS or MS in Biology, Computer Science, or related field
- proficiency in Python
- experience with data analysis, visualization, and version control
- strong communication skills
- experience with NGS data processing, cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), and scientific computing is a plus.
involvement in liquid biopsy development, NGS data analysis, validation studies, and multi‑functional collaboration.
Work Setupflexible; remote with quarterly travel to Colorado headquarters.
