Job Title :Sr SAP Digital Manufacturing cloud Techno-Functional Consultant (40/60) Hybrid
Location :Santa Ana, CA (Hybrid 2-3 days)
Duration :
Long Term Contrac t (12+ months)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in MES/MOM implementations in the automotive industry, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP DMC.
Serve as the primary techno-Functional expertfor SAP DMC implementations(min 3 projects in DMC) and integrations in automotive manufacturing environments.
Analyze current automotive production processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP DMC capabilities.
Design and configure SAP DMC solutions to meet specific automotive manufacturing requirements, including vehicle assembly, powertrain production, and component manufacturing.
Develop and maintain solution architectures that integrate SAP DMC with other systems used in automotive manufacturing (ERP,PLM, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, etc.).
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams during SAP DMC implementations in automotive plants.
SAP DMC Configuration expert as they are in the midstof a large SAP S4 Hana implementation,
SAP Mii/ME, specifically SAP DMC (Digital Manufacturing Cloud).AP Manufacturing expert with expertise around discrete manufacturing,and
configuration within SAP DMC. Additional experience around SAP Mii/ME, DMI (Digital Manufacturing Insights), IoT, and PCo (Plant Connectivity) would be a big plus. In-depth knowledge ofSAP DMC modules, including Production Operations, Plant Connectivity, and Manufacturing Analytics, as applied to automotive manufacturing. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders in the automotive sector. Proficiency in data modeling, API integrations, and cloud technologies.
Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, including assembly, body shop, paintshop, and powertrain production. Experience in integrating
SAP DMC with SAP S/4
HANA and other SAP and non-SAP
systems commonly used in the automotive industry.
