Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Microsoft Entra  and Access Management Sr Associate you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients, and contribute to the design and implementation of strategies that protect sensitive information and manage user identities within our Cybersecurity practice. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, navigate complex situations, develop technical skills, and use critical thinking to manage assigned work streams while mentoring junior team members and maintaining professional and technical  this role at PwC, you will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to interpret data, generate new ideas, and solve problems in identity and access management.

You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context, anticipate team and client needs, and respond to diverse perspectives while supporting delivery across multiple work streams.

Responsibilities
- Managing identity and access management work streams for Microsoft Entra  and enhancements
- Designing role based access control models, user access rights processes, and authorization frameworks for client environments
- Configuring and maintaining Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Active Directory components to support secure access administration
- Analyzing access control requirements and translating business needs into identity governance and access management solutions
- Reviewing privileged access workflows, access reviews, and identity federation settings to support secure system use
- Documenting technical requirements, system configurations, and implementation decisions for project teams and client stakeholders
- Interpreting data from identity platforms to identify access risks, support issue resolution, and inform recommendations
- Guiding junior team members through assigned tasks, quality review activities, and delivery timelines

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information Cyber Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Experiencing Microsoft Entra  within client support settings
- Applying identity and access management concepts across Azure Active Directory environments
- Interpreting access control, role based access control, and governance models
- Translating technical findings into client-facing recommendations and next steps
- Mentoring junior team members while navigating ambiguity and changing priorities

Travel Requirements Up to 40%
Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
