- The TPM will be responsible for overall program planning, governance, execution, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery through go-live and stabilization.
$120,000 to $130,000 per Annum
Summary- Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementation.
- The TPM will be responsible for overall program planning, governance, execution, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery through go-live and stabilization.
- Lead ERP program planning, execution, and governance.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors.
- Drive executive communications, status reporting, and steering committees.
- Oversee testing, data conversion, integrations, cutover, and deployment activities.
- 10+ years of project/program management experience.
- Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations, preferably Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Strong experience managing system integrators and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience in retail industry.
- Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, including Lectra Kubix, is a plus.
