Hermeus is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to be the hands-on anchor for daily IT operations at the Atlanta, GA site. You’ll resolve tough issues, mentor junior staff, and automate processes with Power Shell to scale IT service delivery.
You’ll work with Cyber, Networking, and People teams, manage a high-volume ticket workload, and participate in weekly on-call rotations with occasional travel to other Hermeus sites.
