Role:
Executive Director, US Portfolio Analytics, leading data-driven commercial decision-making for Revolution Medicines' US oncology business.
- oversee portfolio analytics, including Field, Market Access, Omnichannel, and Reporting
- develop analytics strategy, standards, and data governance
- drive advanced analytics adoption
- support product launch and lifecycle performance
- partner with cross-functional teams
- manage external vendors
- lead and develop a high-performing analytics team
- 12+ years in biotech, pharma, or consulting with deep expertise in commercial analytics, including claims, prescription, HCP, payer, and digital data
- proven leadership in building scalable analytics capabilities
- strong business acumen and experience supporting product launches
- advanced degrees (MBA, MS, PhD)
- oncology or specialty therapeutics experience
- familiarity with analytics platforms like IQVIA, Veeva, Tableau, Power BI
- commercial analytics
