* Job Description:

** Overview Leading Retail Media organization seeking a
** Salesforce Product Manager
** to drive platform initiatives across Salesforce, Order Management, campaign management, reporting, and workflow optimization. This role is focused on product ownership, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery, not Salesforce administration.

Responsibilities
* Own Salesforce product roadmap, priorities, and enhancements.
* Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
* Lead Agile delivery across business, product, and technology teams.
* Drive workflow optimization, reporting improvements, and platform adoption.
* Support Marketing Cloud implementation and future Salesforce rollouts.
* Partner with Salesforce Admins, developers, and implementation partners.

Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Program Manager supporting Salesforce platforms.
* Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management experience.
* Experience with Salesforce CRM, reporting, workflows, and business process optimization.
* Ability to bridge business needs and technical teams.

Preferred
* Retail Media, AdTech, Mar Tech, or digital advertising experience.
* Experience with campaign management and order management workflows.
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Advendio experience.
* Salesforce certifications are a plus.
