Our client is atop law firm, consistently rated one of the most prestigious firms globally. They are seeking an IT Support specialist to sit onsite in Los Angeles, supporting 50+ users and partners on various IT systems, hardware & software.
Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must be local and comfortable working onsite 5x/week. This is a fully onsite position. Must be local and eligible to work for any US employer. No sponsorship can be provided at this time.
Required Technology andSkills:
- 3+ years professional experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, desktop support, or similar
- Hands‑on experience supporting AV and video-conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Hands‑on experience supporting hardware – Laptop, PCs, printers, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and experience providing hands‑on tech support to executive level employees
- Experience working on small environment, wearing many hats
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 base salary (based on experience), plus great benefits
