Agency Development Representative

A leading auto insurance organization is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow relationships with independent agents and brokers, drive production, and improve profitability. This role blends consultative sales, strategic territory management, and data‑driven decision‑making.

• Recruit, onboard, and enable new agencies while providing ongoing training and support.
• Track, analyze, and report agency performance using Salesforce and analytics dashboards.
• Recommend remediation or transition of underperforming brokers as needed.
• Represent the organization professionally at events, campaigns, and in‑person meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1+ years of insurance industry experience (ideal but not required).
• 1+ years of sales or marketing experience with proven success managing territory‑based relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
