The firm is now hiring a full‑time, onsite Tax Attorney who’s ready to make an immediate impact in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.

As a Tax Attorney
, you’ll represent clients in tax controversy matters, negotiate with the IRS and state taxing authorities, and develop effective resolution strategies for a diverse caseload. This is a 100% onsite role, ideal for an attorney who values in‑person collaboration and hands‑on client interaction.

• Represent clients before the IRS and state taxing agencies
• Negotiate offers in compromise, installment agreements, and penalty abatements
• Handle audits, appeals, levies, and liens
• Provide legal advice regarding tax compliance and planning
• Research and interpret complex federal and state tax laws
• Draft correspondence, legal documents, and client communications
• Collaborate with case managers, enrolled agents, and CPAs to achieve the best outcomes

• Active Bar License in good standing (any state; preference for local licensing)
• 1–5+ years of experience in tax resolution, tax controversy, or related tax law
• Strong knowledge of IRS collections, audits, and appeals processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be able to work onsite full‑time
