About the Role

As a key member of our legal team, you will take on the nuanced and intellectually demanding work of defending professionals in malpractice actions and related claims.

You’ll handle complex litigation from inception through resolution, including:

• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Managing discovery
• Conducting depositions
• Engaging in settlement negotiations
• And, for the right candidate, trial work

You will work alongside senior partners with decades of experience and a sterling reputation in the field—people who believe that mentorship is not just a buzzword but a professional responsibility.

What You Bring

• 2–8 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to professional liability, legal malpractice, or complex civil litigation
• Impeccable writing and oral advocacy skills—you know how to persuade, how to think two steps ahead, and how to write with both force and clarity
• Good judgment—the kind that isn’t taught in law school
• A disposition that values discretion, professionalism, and civility in all client and courtroom interactions
