Overview
Woodland Hills – Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate at Fisher Phillips. The Woodland Hills office seeks employment litigation associates with 3–6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Significant experience in labor and employment law and handling California wage-and-hour class action claims and PAGA cases is preferred, but candidates with strong litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law will be considered.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be self-starters with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Applicants must be admitted in California and hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings

- 3–6 years of employment litigation experience
- Significant experience in labor and employment law;
California wage-and-hour class action and PAGA experience preferred - Excellent academic credentials; strong writing and analytical skills

- Admitted to practice in California; J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Base pay range: $210,000/yr – $260,000/yr. Actual pay within this range will be determined by experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other factors permitted by law.
