Base pay rangeBoutique Law firm is seeking a full-time senior/junior associate for its consumer litigation department in Los Angeles. Treehouse Law is a plaintiff's side firm specializing in false advertising class action litigation.
Responsibilities- Draft complaints
- Plan and manage case schedules
- Manage discovery
- Correspond with opposing counsel
- Conduct hearings and motion practice
- Manage and train other associates
- Over 5 years of litigation experience
- Class action experience mandatory; consumer protection experience a plus
- Strong research and writing skills and attention to detail
- Licensed in California
- J.D. from an accredited law school
