LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Our client, a well established boutique law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior litigation attorney to join its growing Litigation Group in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities include:
Taking cases from inception through resolution in collaboration with senior attorneys.
Managing client relationships and acting as primary point of contact with opposing counsel.
Drafting motions, briefs, and other complex legal documents.
Guiding strategy in high-stakes litigation matters.
Coordinating with partners, paralegals, and assistants on active cases.
Managing multiple matters simultaneously and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Assessing legal risks and advising clients on litigation strategy.
Conducting research on complicated legal issues.
Candidate Qualifications:
5–10 years of commercial litigation experience; exposure to real estate litigation and corporate/commercial disputes is a plus.
Trial experience strongly preferred.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
Comfort managing client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
Ability to supervise matters through the full life cycle — from pre-litigation counseling through trial.
Capable of leading case teams and overseeing paralegals and support staff.
Positive, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
