The practice is focused on Latin-American consular processes, adjustments of status and other CIS applications, Asylum, and Immigration Court cases. Immigration or similar experience in the above areas is required. This is a small office - make yourself essential, and you are as valuable as a co-owner.

salary will depend on your experience and skills. Communication in general is extremely important:

• Immigration or similar casework experience as described above;
• Individual project management skills and personal effort management skills essential;
• English/Spanish speaking/reading/writing;
• Strong computer and software skills - and ready to learn more;
• Preference for small office environment, regular schedule, few emergencies;
• Shared responsibility with other staff.

• Salary depends on skills and experience;
• Five paid holidays per year;
• Six paid sick days after 90 days, additional vacation added each year.
