Premier AV rated civil litigation firm has an immediate opening for an attorney in their Los Angeles office with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in handling defense litigation. Significant experience necessary in performing all aspects of discovery in transportation matters as well as attending mediations.

Must also have the ability and desire to provide excellent work product that reflects strong research, writing, and analytical skills as well as drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. Offices are currently Hybrid.

• Associates are given meaningful, hands‑on legal work at every stage of their careers while working closely with other attorneys and Partners. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a track record of insightful research and persuasive writing abilities.
• Must also have the ability and desire to provide excellent work product that reflects strong research, writing, and analytical skills as well as drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• JD must be from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in California
• 4 to 8 years of experience in general liability with some transportation (Preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• State court experience
