Description:
A preeminent plaintiff's civil litigation firm specializing in personal injury is seeking a litigation attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join their litigation/trial team. The attorney will mainly focus on motor vehicle accidents, premises cases, and product liability cases. The firm offers full benefits, work/life balance, autonomy and competitive compensation. Prior experience in litigating personal injury cases is a requirement.
This is an in-office position based in Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California. Compensation will be based on experience and will range ($,000) plus incentives.
- The attorney will focus on personal injury litigation stemming from motor vehicle accidents, premises cases, and product liability cases
- Draft/Respond to Complaints, Motions, Discovery, Meet & Confers
- Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions
- Attend hearings, pre-trial conferences, trials
- Retain expert witnesses, and develop trial strategies
- Research and legal analysis
- Negotiate and settle cases
