Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented junior Associate Attorney to join their Business Litigation Practice in Los Angeles
. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career litigator to work on complex, high-exposure business litigation matters with a collaborative and dynamic team.

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in California
  , in good standing
• 1+ years of substantive litigation experience
• Proven legal research
  , writing
  , and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Highly motivated and driven, with a strong commitment to exceptional client service and effective teamwork

• Support high-stakes business litigation matters across industries
• Contribute to discovery
  , including taking and defending depositions
• Draft and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts
• Participate in trial preparation
  , hearings
  , and courtroom proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams to develop case strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams

  Expected annual salary range of $180,000
  -$215,000
  , as determined by experience and market factors
