A respected litigation firm is seeking 1-2 experienced Litigation Attorneys to join its Los Angeles office. This is an exciting opportunity to handle a range of complex cases involving insurance defense, habitability, premises and product liability, and personal injury defense. The firm offers a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment with real partnership potential. They are looking for confident, organized attorneys with strong courtroom skills, client presence, and the ability to take full ownership of their cases from inception through trial.

Salary Range: $135,000 - $175,000 / year DOE

Litigation Attorney Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of 8–30 matters involving landlord-tenant, habitability, personal injury, and product liability defense
• Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, pre-trial, and trial preparation
• Make court appearances and attend site inspections - remote candidates must be willing to travel as needed
• Supervise junior associates, collaborate with legal assistants and support staff
• Provide timely and effective client communication and reporting

• 4–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or civil litigation
• Experience with landlord-tenant, habitability, personal injury, premises liability, or products liability
• Trial experience preferred
• California Bar license is required
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset
