Responsibilities- Drafting motions and pleadings
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Preparing discovery responses and correspondence
- Supporting case management and trial preparation
- Must be available to work at least 18 hours per week (part‑time)
- Currently enrolled as a 2L or 3L law student
- General knowledge of California Civil Procedure
- Excellent legal writing and research skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, reliable, and punctual
- Strong communication and client service skills – must be comfortable speaking with clients daily
$25.00 per hour
