  Draft legal documents, including motions, complaints, and settlement agreements related to FLSA and PAGA claims.
• Discovery:
  Assist with discovery, including analyzing time records, pay stubs, and employee classifications.
• Litigation Support:
  Prepare for hearings, trials, and settlements in FLSA and PAGA cases.
• Compliance:
  Advise clients on compliance with FLSA and PAGA and assist with audits.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience, with 3+ years focused on FLSA and PAGA matters.
• Strong understanding of FLSA, PAGA, and wage and hour laws.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
