Immigration Paralegal; Bilingual - English​/Spanish

Job Location:Downtown Los Angeles (Hybrid, 2 days per week in Office, 3 days per week Remote)

Job Description:Our Los Angeles office provides legal services to union workers and is seeking a bilingual(English/Spanish) Immigration Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of experience in preparing USCIS family-based affirmative immigration filings, including consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, andothers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare USCIS family-based affirmative immigration filings, including consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, and others.
• Perform document review and analysis.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Manage caseload effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases.
• Draft and prepare correspondence and legal documents.

Requirements:

• At least two (2) years of experience in preparing USCIS family-based affirmative immigration filings.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish. Strong Spanish language skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
