Location & Remote OptionsThis position is fully remote, fully in‑person in our Santa Monica office, or a hybrid of the two. The candidate must be based in California.
Qualifications- At least 5 years of experience managing global trademark portfolios at a law firm or in‑house legal department.
- Expert‑level knowledge of U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution.
- Comfortable communicating with foreign counsel.
The role requires exceptional, highly experienced trademark paralegal work in close collaboration with the team, with an annual billable requirement of 1,440 hours.
CompensationAnnual base salary 83,000 – 93,000 USD.
