Our client, a well-regarded employment law firm, is searching for a seasoned Senior Employment Law Attorney to join their team. This role is designed for a professional eager to advocate for employees facing workplace challenges and to achieve meaningful legal outcomes in a supportive and collaborative environment. Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution and have an active California Bar license. The role requires at least seven years of experience in employment law, covering cases related to harassment, discrimination, and the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). A successful candidate will independently manage a caseload of single-plaintiff employment matters from initiation through resolution, and must demonstrate strong skills in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

Additionally, experience in representing clients during negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings is essential, alongside excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.andlt;/pandgt; andlt;pandgt;
