• Minimum 5+ years of wage & hour paralegal experience
• Strong plaintiff background with solid understanding of wage and hour laws and regulations
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
