Director of Human Resources at Musick, Peeler & Garrett LLP

Musick, Peeler & Garrett LLP is seeking a motivated attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join our Labor and Employment Department. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in building a career in labor and employment law within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion practice.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
  • Support senior attorneys in all aspects of case preparation and client interaction.
  • Participate in regular collaboration on active cases, gaining exposure to complex matters.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of relevant legal experience; labor and employment experience preferred.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong academic background.
  • California Bar membership in good standing required.
