Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Handle a diverse range of commercial litigation cases, from inception through to resolution, ensuring all legal processes are meticulously followed.
  • Legal Research and Writing: Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents with precision and clarity.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic legal advice and updates on case progress.
  • Court Appearances: Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings, presenting cases effectively and confidently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
